Held on more than 30 different nights from August to October, Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween Party is a special ticketed event that takes place at the Magic Kingdom in Walt Disney World and includes special parades, shows and characters you only find during the special party nights. Click this link to watch a short video.

Here are some of the special event highlights: Attractions Since this is a special ticketed event and not open to the general public without tickets you will be able to walk right on most attractions with NO wait times. Following is a list of this years attractions open during the event (subject to change):

Trick or Treating Kids and adults can trick or treat at several locations in the park. You will be given a bag when you enter the park or you can bring your own.

Costumes Come dressed for the occasion. While Disney encourages creativity, they also value safety and good judgment. If you’re planning to attend this special event, take a moment to read over their latest rules and regulations: General: Disney reserves the right to deny admission to or remove any person wearing attire that is considered inappropriate or attire that could detract from the experience of other Guests. All Guests may dress as their favorite character, but may not pose for pictures or sign autographs for other Guests. Costumes must be family-friendly and may not be obstructive, offensive, objectionable or violent. Costumes may not contain any weapons that resemble or could easily be mistaken for an actual weapon. Costumes may not contain sharp objects, pointed objects or materials that may accidentally strike another Guest. Guests who do not adhere to these guidelines may be refused entry into, and/or removed from, unless his or her costume can be modified to meet the above standards. For Guests ages 13 and under: Costumes and some masks may be worn, as long as the mask does not cover the entire face and eyes are visible. For Guests ages 14 and older: Layered costumes or costume props that surround the entire body are strongly discouraged and may be subject to additional security screening. Costumes may not reach or drag on the ground. (e.g.,full-length Princess dresses) Capes may be worn if the length does not go below the waist. Themed T-shirts, blouses, sweatshirts, and hats are acceptable. Acceptable accessories include: transparent wings, plastic light sabers, toy swords, and tutus. Headwear may be worn as long as it does not cover the face. Masks of any kind may not be worn.

Character Meet & Greets If you love meeting characters Mickey’s Not So Scary Halloween Party is a great opportunity to meet rare characters, Disney villains, and your favorites dressed in their Halloween best.

Attend the Scream-o-Ween Dance Party

Dare to scare on Halloween in 2018 as you kick up your feet with Mike, Sulley and other favorite friends from Monstropolis.

Mickey's "Boo-to-You" Halloween Parade

A Truly Spooktacular Procession... Party with the grim grandmaster of this eerily awesome parade—he’s literally lost his head!

Returning in 2018 at Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party, a hair-raising ride by the Headless Horseman himself will begin the festivities, followed by a collection of frightening floats featuring Disney Characters in Halloween costumes.

Prepare for a cauldron of grave-digging delights as the stars of the Haunted Mansion steal the spotlight in this family-friendly parade. Boo-lovers beware—you’re sure to have one scare-tastic time…

And remember: it's really not so scary; just fiendish fun!

Hocus Pocus Villain Spelltacular

The mischievous Sanderson Sisters from Hocus Pocus return in 2018 to throw a Halloween party and with only a few hours to run amuck at Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party, Winifred, Mary and Sarah decide to use their magic to host a decidedly wicked fun fest.

Enlisting the help of the Disney villains, the 3 sisters mix sinister shadows, terrifying nightmares and use the nefarious powers of their frightening colleagues to conjure the ultimate Hocus Pocus Party Potion—and cast a spell on everyone in Magic Kingdom park!

Look for appearances from Dr. Facilier, Oogie Boogie and Maleficent. Combine them and other great Disney villains with amazing dancers, wild visual projections and otherworldly special effects to make Hocus Pocus Villain Spelltacular a not-to-be-missed Halloween treat!

Happy HalloWishes Fireworks

During Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party in 2018, the Ghost Host from the Haunted Mansion invites you to "drop in" as Disney Villains light up the night with fireworks and a wicked version of melodies from Disney’s past that echo through the night—and creepy colors crawl over Cinderella Castle.

The “scare-abration” gets into full swing when some of the Disney Villains we most love to hate—including Maleficent, Ursula, Cruella de Vil, Jafar and Oogie Boogie—croon their scary tunes and do their best to steal the show.
